DESCRIPTION: Located on a sloping site next to the Scioto River in Dublin, Ohio, this project combined rustic elements and contemporary elegance. Our firm continued to do all tenant improvements until the last year it was open, when the site was repurposed to make way for the Dublin Bridge Park development in 2014.
